Google Home and Home Mini launched in India for INR 9999 and INR 4499

Google has finally launched its Google Home and Google Home Mini speakers in India. Google had introduced it’s Google Home smart speaker back in October 2016 and mini last year, and as promised Google has finally launched them in India.

Google Home is a speaker that works on Google assistance and can do a number of things right from playing music, managing task and answering questions asked through voice commands. The only thing expected to activate this is by just saying “Ok Google”.

The hardware on the Home comes with a speaker featuring a 2-inch driver and dual passive radiators on the sides. On the top, there is a touch panel with LED’s which can help in adjusting different settings and call up the Assistant.

Google Home Mini, is the compact version of its larger brother Google Home which sports fabric speaker grill and the plastic thing at its base. The Mini also comes with LED lights on the top. Coming with a price tag of Rs. 9999 and Rs. 4499, will be exclusively available on Flipkart and chain of offline retailers including Reliance Digital, Croma, Vijay Sales, Poorvika and Sangeetha. Home will be made available in Chalk colour now and will come in Coral soon, while the Home Mini is available in Chalk and Charcoal colours.
